Pineda's Calendar — Privacy Policy

Your family's calendar stays with your family.

Effective October 18, 2026 (version 1.1)

The short version

Who can join

Anyone can download the app and use it privately on their device. Only the family organizer can add people to the shared circles (Home, Family, Friends). He enters each person's name, nickname and, optionally, phone and address, and chooses what each person can see and post. That person then joins by typing the code he gives them.

What is stored, and where

Privacy inside the family

Each circle is separate. People without access to a circle don't see that it exists. Your own "My Home" is visible only to you and the people you pick. In Friends, a post can be hidden from chosen friends.

Permissions the app may ask for

Children

The app is made for families and includes a Kid Mode protected by a parent PIN. Children join only with a code from the family organizer. There are no ads and no in-app purchases.

Deleting your data

In the app open Settings → Delete my account. This removes your sign-in, your private Home, your profile picture and everything you posted (events, comments, reactions and RSVPs) from the family server, and erases the app's data on your device. Log out removes the server data from your device only. You can also ask the organizer to remove you, or email us.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.

¿Preguntas?
