We require a deposit of $50 in order to book you onto our busy schedule. If you cancel or reschedule your job within 48 hours of the start time, the deposit is nonrefundable. If your move goes as planned, the 50$ deposit is applied toward your total bill. Please be on time for your move. Your bill is calculated from the scheduled start time even if you are late showing up!WEATHER DELAYS AND CALL OF DUTY: Although we want to work as scheduled, sometimes the weather and other circumstances do not permit. We may cancel jobs that coincide with dangerous weather activity including, but not limited to Hurricane Warnings,Severe Weather Alerts, Tornado Warnings, Lightning, Torrential Rains,Flooding, High Winds, and any other declared State of Emergency that makes moving operations unsafe. If any of these conditions arise during your move, and cause a halt of moving operations, we remain on the clock for the delay. If we are forced to cancel or reschedule a move before the move starts due to a safety concern such as weather, your deposit will be returned to you. Because our movers are all off duty, short delays happen from time to time due to large jobs that interfere with shift changes at our various local departments. If there’s a big job in the metro area, or a big storm brewing, it may be difficult to stay on schedule. Thanks in advance for your understanding of this issue.
Truck fee depends where you are and where you moving, you must ask one of representatives for a truck fee. For a local move in New Orleans and Baton Rouge truck fee will be 100$ flat rate. Travel fee is only when you are using just labor services it will be 20$ flat rate
We have an added charge of $140 for any upright piano we move in addition to the regular hours of labor. We will add $140 to your bill if your move includes an upright piano. We do move grand pianos, baby grand pianos you will have to call for a quote.
Your bill is calculated from the time we arrive at your starting address until the time we are done with your move. we charge you travel time back if take more than one hour from Kenner la.
We provide labor to assist with your move. We may bring some tools and equipment, such as dollies and hand trucks, Moving straps to make our job easier. You are responsible for renting and driving your moving truck and any moving pads that are to be used. Most truck rental companies will rent moving pads to you for a small fee. We are not responsible for any damages if its not a full moving service.costumer have to get their own properly insurance for their goods on labor only.
