Lakeside Shopping Center anchors this corner of Metairie at Veterans Blvd and Causeway, and the apartment and condo buildings nearby run on rules: a COI on file with management, an elevator booked ahead, the truck gone by a set hour. We send the paperwork, confirm the window, and pad the elevator first. Being LPSC licensed (#8127) and fully insured makes that quick. Searching for movers near Lakeside? Start here.
What We Move in the Lakeside and Clearview Area
The Lakeside and Clearview Pkwy area of Metairie is one of Jefferson Parish's highest-density residential corridors — established condo communities, HOA buildings with strict moving policies, and a constant flow of residents downsizing or relocating within the area. AD Movers specializes in exactly this kind of move: elevator coordination, COI documentation, and the right crew for high-rise and mid-rise buildings.
Full moves throughout the Lakeside and Clearview corridor — condos on Clearview Pkwy, apartments near Veterans Blvd, and homes throughout the surrounding Metairie neighborhood.
HOA buildings along Clearview Pkwy often require advance elevator reservations (48–72 hours), restricted move-in windows, and a Certificate of Insurance. We handle all of it — proactively, before move day, so you don't have to.
Already have a truck or PODS? We supply the crew — load, unload, or rearrange. Same professional team, no truck required from our side.
Need help getting packed before move day? We bring boxes and supplies. Full or partial packing available — we protect everything like it's our own.
