Do I need to buy the devices first?

Yes — you pick the gear, we make it work. If you’re unsure what fits your house, send us photos and we’ll tell you before you buy.

What does it cost?

Hourly, quoted up front. A doorbell-plus-two-cameras visit is a couple of hours; a whole-house setup is a morning. Bundle it with a move and it’s cheaper still.

Do you handle wiring?

Low-voltage only — doorbells, thermostats, mounting. Anything needing a new circuit gets referred to a licensed electrician, honestly and up front.
